“The past is behind, learn from it. The future is ahead, prepare for it. The present is here, live it.” – Thomas S. Monson

Present Time

This blend is an empowering fragrance that creates a feeling of being in the moment. Disease develops when we live in the past and with regret. Being in the present time is the key to progressing and moving forward.

Present Time can be used to release feelings such as loss, malice, repressed or stuffed emotions, flustered, and resistance to change.

When diffused, Present Time helps you focus on the here and now, so you can get beyond the past and move forward. This blend is PERFECT for meditation as you focus on your breath, your body awareness, and your present thoughts. It is also great for pregnant mamas during delivery.

Use Present Time when spending time with family, friends at a social gathering, or alone during meditation.

Why Use Present Time?

We spend so much of our emotions dragging our past along. If you want things to be different, you need to change to get out of the rut.

Mindfulness Meditation (a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations) is used as a therapeutic technique to stop the glorification of busy. Stop looking at your cell phone when you are eating breakfast. Stop multitasking. What do you see? What do you hear? What are the tastes, smells, textures around you?

Concentrating on the past or worrying about the future causes stress and can be counterproductive. Present Time essential oil blend has an empowering scent that heightens the feeling of being “in the moment.” You are alive right now, so live in it. You need to be in the present to make decisions, and Present Time can help.

What’s In Present Time

  • Neroli (Citrus sinensis) – blossom of orange – was used in ancient Egypt to cure body, mind and spirit. Its fragrance leads us to our core and stabilizes emotions. Neroli enhances inner peace, faith and awareness.
  • Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata) supports relaxation, balances yin and yang energies and increases self-confidence.
  • Black Spruce: A good starting point when it comes to releasing emotional patterns and getting grounded. Spruce not only brings harmony into our being, it is also known as the fragrance with the frequency of wealth.
  • Sweet Almond Oil

How To Use Present Time

This oil blend is for aromatic and topical use.

  • Rub this on your Thymus – just below the notch under your throat. Rub it clockwise 3 times. You will smell it immediately.
  • Apply 2-4 drops directly to the area two inches below belly button.
  • Rub on sternum, base of neck and forehead. Leave the past and come into the present moment. Feel the power you have. Focus on the here and now.
  • Wear as perfume on wrists.
  • Put Present time on the back of your neck and behind your ears and go for a walk. Focus on your steps, the sounds of leaves or rocks crunching beneath your feet. Focus on the shapes of the leaves and the smells around you.
  • Diffuse 4-6 drops up to 30 minutes 3 times daily or diffuse while meditating. Sit in the lotus position and just focus on the here and now. There is no past, there is no future. Do a “body scan” – focus on your feet to the top of your head, body part by body part. Do not try to change it or control it. There is just this moment.
