Thank you for completing the Supplements for the Mind course!! 

If you were overwhelmed reading about all of the supplements that are good for the mind, do not worry.

I recommend picking 1-3 to start and build from there. Don’t think you have to take all of these to have a healthy mindset! What matters is that you are consistent. If it’s ONE supplement, get a 90 day supply and use it every day for 90 days and see how you feel after.

Most people don’t notice any change overnight when it comes to supplements. And when it comes to our mindset, that is definitely not something which we will see a drastic change overnight!

That’s why it’s important to be consistent to give our bodies time.
