DIRECTIONS FOR USE
For best results, take 2 capsules daily for joint support. You may take this anytime of the day or with a meal containing fat. While the instructions on the bottle say take anytime, and that is technically correct, the Turmeric in AgilEase is better absorbed when taken with fat. Piperine extract is already in this supplement so this is the best Turmeric supplement you can find.
NOTE: DO NOT take turmeric with blood thinners such as Coumadin or other blood thinners. Turmeric can magnify the effect of anti-clotting medications.
