My Experience With The Cleansing Trio

This has been such a wonderful journey so far! Starting out with the Body Systems Quiz, I discovered no major surprises and that I knew my body pretty well. I also knew it needed some cleaning!! In the past if I had attempted anything like this it would have been to lose weight and/or it seemed like a quick fix. What attracted my attention to this one was the fact that it was going to take some time – and to get the best benefits I needed to change how I was eating. I was all in!! So over the last 37 days I have changed my eating habits (thankfully this has gone really really well – minimal cravings); I have learned a great deal about my poop!!!; and I just feel overall very happy with the direction this has taken me! It’s been a blessing both mentally and physically! I’m down 12.6 lbs, but honestly it feels like double that! So very happy I said “yes” to this journey – thank you Brenda! And thank you to those that post messages – they are very encouraging and helpful!
