The oils in Motivation were combined to help people overcome fear and procrastination and take action in their lives. It is also great for brain fatigue.
What’s In Motivation
- Roman chamomile. Roman soldiers bathed in Chamomile because it excites adrenals and the liver. They would bathe for 2-3 hours for up to 10 days before battle in Chamomile.
- Ylang Ylang. This is used for the heart to take up the action.
- Spruce. This oil grounds you like a tree so no one can blow you over.
- Lavender. This oil is great forĀ many things, including soothing fear and anxiety.
How to Use Motivation
- Use this in the morning when you get out of bed. Put it in your diffuser.
- Diffusing this in the office to motivate yourself and your coworkers.
- Diffuse it in the room, and in about 15 minutes the adrenal glands start to kick in. This will help you engage in activity.
- You can rub it behind the ears, and wear it on the chest.
- Put on pillow before bedtime.
- Rub it on feet or put it in tub.
