Acceptance

Acceptance is an oil to use when you cannot accept your worth or your change. When diffused, it helps to calm a troubled mind and promote feelings of confidence and courage. It also helps to overcome procrastination and denial.

Single oils in this blend: Coriander, Geranium, Bergamot, Frankincense, Grapefruit, Tangerine, Spearmint, Lemon, Blue Cypress, Ocotea, Jasmine, Ylang Ylang, Blue Tansy, Sandalwood, and Neroli.

How to Use Acceptance

  • Diffuse it or apply over the heart and thymus, on the wrists, behind the ears, on the neck, and on the temples. Wear as a perfume or cologne.
  • If you’re locked up in fear, put Acceptance around the umbilical area.
  • If you’re stuck and can’t seem to move forward, take Acceptance and rub it on the occipital lobes. Do it in a clockwise motion and stimulate the oxygen uptake of the brain so you can overcome the holding pattern you’ve gone into so you can move forward.
  • Acceptance is best when rubbed over the liver for pent-up emotions (when the liver is toxic, our mind and emotions are lethargic).
