Now let’s talk about oils that are good for the emotion of sadness.

Joy

Everyone needs more joy in their life. If you don’t have joy, you don’t have self-love. And your joy (or lack of it) affects those around you.

When Gary D. Young created this blend, he kept testing the frequencies until it had the same frequency as people who are happy.

A sweet-smelling blend of harmonizing essential oils, Joy’s aroma invites a sense of romance, bliss, and warmth when diffused.

What’s In Joy

  • Ylang Ylang – used this because If a man finds himself angered, it’s generally because the female energy is going away. If a woman feels herself angered, it’s generally because the male energy is going away. Ylang Ylang helps keep that balance and maintain it.
  • Bergamot – helps with hormone balance
  • Mandarin – referred to by the ancient Chinese people and what brings joy to the heart.

How to Use Joy

  • The heart is the primary point to put Joy. Put Joy on your heart to help ease hurt feelings.
  • You can wear it as perfume or diffuse it.
  • This is good when you are grieving the loss of a loved one.
  • When worn as a fragrance, it invites togetherness.
  • Add it to any Young Living lotion or Bath & Shower Gel Base to enhance the appearance of skin and to unwind from a long day.

Tidbit: Even with someone who doesn’t like oils, you can diffuse Joy in the house, then open the windows. The smell goes, but frequency stays.
