The supplement descriptions we are about to go over are based on the usage descriptions from the Young Living website and information readily available online. The amount and timing of each dosage are based on the label on each product. In some instances, lower doses are recommended.
When you start a new supplement regimen, it is important to start slowly and pay close attention to your body. Everyone’s body is unique and will respond differently. If a product does not work for you, please try another one! Check with your doctor if you are taking prescription medications. It is best to give a four-hour buffer between them. Always consult with your doctor when you start a new regimen.
This course will give suggestions on how to support healthy systems. It is not intended to treat or diagnose existing conditions or illnesses.
