Trauma and life hardships often cause us to experience and feel things that are hard to deal with and put behind us.

Our Favorite Oils For Trauma

  • Trauma Life: Supports the release of buried emotional trauma (i.e. accidents, death of loved ones, assault, abuse). It combats stress and uproots traumas that cause poor sleep, anger, restlessness and a weakened immune response.
  • Sara: Especially helpful for emotional release, emotional relaxing, and healing for those with a traumatic past.
  • Transformation: Stored negative emotions from repressed trauma needs to be replaced with joy, hope and courage. Transformation radiates with the purifying power of lemon and peppermint, along with the revitalizing power of sesquiterpenes from sandalwood and frankincense. Balsam fir anchors the blend for new mental programming. Transformation empowers and upholds the changes you want to make in your belief system. Positive, uplifting beliefs are foundational for the transformation of behavior.

Our Favorite Activities For Trauma

  • Place 1-3 drops of Release over the thymus and rub in gently. Apply up to 3 times daily as needed.
  • Blend equal parts Frankincense and Valor and apply 1-2 drops neat on temples, forehead, crown and back of neck before sleep. Use for 3 nights.
